Orders and Shipping

Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped on the same business day. If an order is placed after 16:00 it will be shipped the following business day.
The easiest way is to place an additional order. Upon shipping, both orders will then be combined into one package and the shipping costs will be refunded as store credit. Please note that this is only possible if the first order has not been shipped yet. This means that it's too late if you already received a shipping confirmation.
In order to avoid this as far as possible, the items are already checked by us for obvious damage and sorted out upon receipt of goods. The orders are carefully packed and, if necessary, shipped with protective cushioning material, so that they survive the transport undamaged.
Unfortunately, despite all precautions, in rare cases it can happen that the package was handeld improperly during transport, which can result in crumbled items or broken boxes. However, we cannot accept any liability for such damage. After delivery of the package our influence ends, moreover, a conscious or unconscious manipulation can not be excluded.
If an item has been severely damaged in transit, the damage can be reported within 8 days at the nearest branch of Swiss Post.
At the moment we only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Packages shipped with A-Post / Priority should arrive on the next business day, packages shipped with Economy should arrive within two business days. However, in individual cases, Swiss Post may experience delays, with the package arriving only in the following working days.
If you received a tracking number you can check the delivery status on www.post.ch. If a package has not been delivered after several days, please contact the post office or our customer service.
Unfortunately, we can not take back or exchange items.
When returning food or beverages, a perfect condition and careful handling cannot be guaranteed. It's important for us that our customers only receive flawless products, whose origin and handling can be traced by us. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we do not resell returned products in our store.
If you want to discover new snacks you will have to try something new. Especially with exotic products, it may happen that an item does not meet your taste.
By reviewing the product you can ensure that your opinion is seen by other customers. Positive as well as negative product reviews are published. In addition, each product review gets rewarded with a bonus (for more information visit the product review guidelines).
We are an online-only mail order company and do not have a local retail store. However, our user-friendly online store offers many opportunities to discover new snacks thanks to our filter function and is open 24/7.
Unfortunately, on-site pickups are not possible at this time.

Products, prices and reviews

Depending on the availability of an item, some products may be ordered from different suppliers. This can result in a package which slightly differs from the product image on our store, depending on the country in which the product was manufactured. However, the contents are identical and correspond to the product description. If, despite careful shipping control, an incorrect product was delivered, please contact our customer service so that we can correct the error.
To prevent misuse of the rating function, new product ratings will only appear after they have been checked and activated by our team. This usually takes place within one working day. If a review contains insults, advertising or spam, it will not be published. Whether the rating is positive or negative has no influence! You can only rate products that were purchased from us. For a product review you must be logged into the same customer account with which the item was purchased.
